Auto-runs at session start
- 1Read .project-meta.json to get project name, tags, stack, and last_updated. Stops if no project meta found.
- 2Read Obsidian Vault/Projects/<name>.md and extract frontmatter tags.
- 3Scan all Digests/ and Reports/ files for tag matches, wikilinks, and keyword mentions. Filters to items newer than last_updated (expands to 7 days if nothing found).
- 4Check Ideas/ for any notes that mention or wikilink to this project.
- 5Output a scannable briefing: Research, Ideas, Suggested actions. Max 8 research items, 4 ideas, 3 actions. Under 30 seconds to read.

Cloudflare Pages deploy — 3 modes: new project, connect git to existing, or update config. Fully API-driven via Keychain token.
- 1Determine mode: A new project · B connect git to existing · C update config/domain. Ask the user or infer from context.
- 2Read Cloudflare API token from Keychain (cloudflare-mls-claude). Never hardcoded.
- 3A/B: Delete custom domain → delete project → recreate with GitHub git source → re-attach domain → add proxied CNAME. C: PATCH build config or domain only.
- 4Trigger initial deploy via POST .../deployments. Confirm build started.
- 5Update MLS Portal: add nav card to derwent.html or personal.html, update stack-diagram.html (Layer 1, repos, Pages table, tech chips as needed). Commit and push.
